Free UK delivery on every order.
We offer free standard delivery on all orders to UK addresses. No minimum spend. No hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay.
How long will my order take?
Production time
Every Blain Simples product is made to order — printed or embroidered fresh, specifically for you. This means your order enters production within 1–3 business days of being placed. These can vary slightly by product type.
Delivery time
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, standard UK delivery takes 3–7 business days.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 4–10 business days.
Please note: business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Where do we ship?
United Kingdom
We ship to all UK addresses including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Free standard delivery is included on every order.
International shipping
We are working on expanding our international shipping options. If you are based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at blainsimples@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
What if my order is delayed?
We work hard to ensure every order arrives within the estimated timeframe. However, on rare occasions, delays can occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or circumstances outside our control.
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your order date, please contact us at blainsimples@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
Public holidays and peak periods
During UK public holidays and peak retail periods (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year), production and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We will always communicate any expected delays via email.
